Description
Account Executives-Portfolio Management/Bi-lingual Spanish is a must. Seeking college grads (in business, accounting or something analytical) that are looking for a career with this credit company. They will work one on one with their client, put packages together, client invoices, approving lines of credit, check credit searches, good follow up and Customer Service skills. May start with some collections. The client isn't looking for a Collector. DOE college grads will start anywhere from $28,000 to $33,500. They have a bonus program that could increase those numbers by an additional 20%. This depends on sales, collections and potential write-offs so it is not a guarantee by any means. Must have excellent communication skills. Many of the clients are Russian owned small trucking companies. PERSON MUST BE VERY nurturing.

Criteria for credit:
Regarding the credit if they have judgments, bankruptcy or a trend of non-payments and collections on their report we will probably turn them away. If the person suffered a one-time hardship that caused them to have financial difficulties and they have improved since that point, then we take that into consideration.
